Simple, Honest Pricing
No Hidden Fees. Ever.
One flat hourly rate covers everything — mileage, equipment, and my time. You always know what you're paying before we start.
A $300 retainer is collected upfront and applied toward your hours. Replenished as needed.
Background checks are a flat $150 — no hourly billing.

Billed separately when applicable
- Public transit fares during foot surveillance
- Parking fees & tolls
- Taxi / rideshare for rapid repositioning
- Court appearance & testimony — $150/hr, 4-hr minimum
- Specialized database or records access fees
- Overnight accommodations (pre-approved)
- Specialized equipment rental (pre-approved)
All additional expenses are itemized on your invoice. You'll be notified in advance whenever possible.
